Skid
Plate is made of sturdy .187 (3/16) thick aluminum with a brushed finish.
Bumper has a grab bar for lifting front end when you get stuck. Bumper is mounted to original bumper with aluminum block clamps and Tig
welded to skid plate. Skid plate is mounted with rubber protected pipe
clamps to the frame in 7 locations.
Does it work??? I sure think
so. The picture shown below shows the skid plate preventing a flip.
